Preliminary project analysis
When our business representatives receive translation demands from customers, they will timely contact with customers to consult translation requirements, and

this information to the project manager from translation department, who is in mastery of concerned disciplines, for further analysis and quotation. Then detailed written quotation sheets and translation service agreements will be drawn up by the project manager
Our business representatives submit detailed written quotation sheets and agreements to customers; according to the verbal agreements approved by the two parties. Official translation contracts will be signed when customers have agreed and entrusted our company of translation
Preliminary arrangement of translation projects
A project team, to be composed of a project manager, translation proofreaders, compilers, transla-tors and page layout engineers, will be established according to specific translation projects. A project manager in mastery of concerned disciplines will be appointed to be responsible for entire-process follow-up and arrangement, assignment of translation tasks, establishment of quality requirements and time schedules
Translators
Translation engineers with rich experiences in concerned disciplines will be assigned for translation, and project managers are to follow up translation progress and self proofreading situations. Should terms or words in doubt be encountered during translation, such engineers will collect them and submit to project team, who will then hold discussion meetings and determine the proper translation of such terms
Compilers
Translation engineers will submit self-proofreaded translations to compilers for compilation and initial review. Compilers will conduct preliminary review, mark improper translations, and further submit to translation proofreaders for verification
Translation proofreaders
Translation proofreaders conduct thorough and final review of initially checked translations, and submit such finally reviewed translations to page layout engineers for page layout. Meanwhile they feedback such reviews to translation engineers, so as to facilitate summary and make an improvement in future
Page layout engineers
Page layout engineers conduct page layout according to their previous experiences and customers` requirements
Final verification and delivery to customers
Project managers conduct thorough and final reviews and verifications of translations, and deliver to customers on time
After-sale services
Should customers doubt translations or need to integrate minor modifications, the project managers concerned will timely clear doubts and arrange free-of-charge modifications
